Sunscreen You Can Feel Good About

Reef Safe. River Safe. We say no to chemicals so you can enjoy the safest, most natural sunscreen on the planet.

Let's get to the point.

(Very) Important Questions

It's organic...does it work?

Yes, and it's even better than your typical chemical-filled sunscreen. Natural ingredients like Zinc reflect the sun's rays, while chemical sunscreens absorb the rays and disperse them into your skin.

Who wants carcinogenic activity produced in your largest organ (your skin)? Not us, that's for sure. Plus...we only use the highest quality Zinc. We've got you covered.

Will it turn me white or greasy?

No, not at all. Our Zinc Oxide is cosmetic grade - so it will not only match your skin tone, but it will hydrate & nourish your skin as your body absorbs it.

Be long does it work?

We suggest applying every 2 hours, depending on your activity. Our SPF 36 stick lasts about 2 hours in the water, while our SPF 50 can last up to 5 hours depending on what you're doing. Check out each product's description for what you should expect!

What makes sunscreen "reef safe"?

Technically...anything that uses Zinc and/or Titanium Dioxide. There's a lot of too-hard-to-pronounce ingredients that make formulas dirty and VERY unhealthy.

Like Phenooxyethanol. It's been banned for skin care use & cosmetics in Japan for years. But in the USA? No chance. The FDA lets these big companies slip by with big profits.

If you're unsure, avoid any sunscreens containing oxybenzone, avobenzone, octisalate, octocrylene, homosalate and octinoxate and a bunch of crap you can’t pronounce - or with a company behind it that directly misleads its consumers.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Yes, our packaging is sourced directly from sugarcane. The sugarcane tubes or bioplastic tubes are a highly environmentally friendly type of packaging; the carbon footprint of a sugarcane tube is 50% better than that of a conventional PE tube.
