Shipping & Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

We ship orders within 24 hours with weekend exceptions. Depending on where you're located it may take 3-5 business days to receive your package. Example: If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, we will ship the next business day when carriers are back to work. Note: if you order Friday morning, and it's a three day weekend, USPS and UPS will not move your package from their facility until the following Tuesday. If you order on a Friday and is a normal weekend, you should receive your package Monday. We don't have any control over USPS and UPS. These carriers now devote their time to mega corporations to try and stay afloat because of Amazon, and we just aren't one of those mega corporations. Sorry ;-)

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging and must not be used.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
